The Highlights & Skyline View
The best part of my stay was undoubtedly the room view. Looking out the window, you can catch a glimpse of the iconic Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer right alongside it. Seeing the city skyline lit up at night and glowing during the day was absolutely gorgeous.
Location & Accessibility
The location made getting around downtown Singapore so easy. Havelock MRT Station is just a short 5-minute walk from the hotel, and there is a bus stop only 3 minutes away. You can easily reach Clarke Quay in about 10 minutes by bus, while major attractions like Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay are just 30 minutes away via public transit. Being located right in the downtown area makes navigating to major spots completely effortless.
Exterior & Room Impressions
The exterior of the building is massive and looks truly grand. Inside, the hotel feels luxurious, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it a solid choice for families, couples, friends, or even business travelers.
The bed was super spacious, and the mattress felt nice and firm with great support, making it extra comfortable to rest.
The room comes equipped with a dedicated work desk, mini-fridge, and there’s a Nespresso capsule machine!
They also provide plush bathrobes, and comfortable slippers.
Upon checking in, the TV screen displayed a personalized welcome message with my name on it, which was a sweet little touch! And there’s a smart tablet for easy in-room service requests.
Instead of asking for plastic water bottles repeatedly, the room is equipped with a built-in water filtration system, which was super convenient.
The bathroom features a separate shower stall with great water pressure and reliable hot water, fully stocked with essential toiletries.
Pool, Jacuzzi & Gym
The outdoor swimming pool area includes a relaxing jacuzzi alongside sun loungers for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Located right next to the pool.
The gym is on the compact side, but it comes well-equipped with everything you need for a quick workout.
